Our story began in 1966, while attending a medical
convention in Scottsdale, AZ. We made a visit to Lasma Arabian
Stud, the premier breeder of Arabians and the home of the legendary
and incredible stallion, U.S. National Champion, Bask. We were
attracted to the Arabians beauty, spirit, and companion
qualities.
We acquired our first Arabian filly, Fire flame(Bask
x Aethena). As a Three year old she earned the titles of U.S.
res. National champion in halter and English pleasure. The following
year she earned the U.S. national
Western pleasure top ten title.Fire Flame, our foundation mare,
produced ten offpring, with many winning blue ribbons and champion
honors.
Our foundation sire, Bask-tez(Baskx wonteza)
was selected from Bardon Arabians as a weanling. Bask-tez earned
championships in halter, English pleasure and Park. He sired many
national and regional champions in performance divisions. Bask-tez
was our breeding stallion for over twenty years.
We selected our foundation mares from Lasma
Arabian Stud. Our broodmares by Bask,Aladdinn,Buszmen, and El
Paso were the basis of our program. Another foundation mare was
the pure polish Bask daughter, Luzja. She earned the titles of
U.S. National and Canadian National Top Ten English pleasure.
Today, the elite band of broodmares is comprised
of daughters of Aladdinn, Bask-tez,Fire Freedom, LeFire and Bay
El Bey.
We strive to create offspring of champion quality.
With pedigrees of National and regional champions the foals are
destined to follow their heritage.
Presently, our premier breeding stallion is
Fire Freedom. He is a son of U.S. National Champion Aladdinn.
He is out of U.S. Res. National Champion mare Fire Flame(Bask
x Aethena)Fire Freedom is a tall, 15.2H , brilliant chestnut,
beautifully balanced and with great substance. He is siring performance
and halter quality offspring.
El Di Sar Arabians looks forward to creating
